2) Please check your dash camera menu settings if you already have this function turned on in loop recording? You need to open the loop recording this function can overwrite the previous video.

 

3) Please check your car dash cam menu settings if you already turn off this function of g-sensor at the same time? If the G-sensor is on, the file will be protected from being overwritten, so the SD card will be full.

 

4) You need to format your memory card file to clear it manually at least 2~3 times in a month, because the memory card in the dash cam will have some locked files that happen while driving in some emergency, but these locked files can't be automatically overwritten. You have to delete them manually.

 

 

Q: Why does my car dvr camera only record around 10 seconds?

 

 

A: Check if you have already detected this function. If motion detection is on video mode, once no movement in front, the dash camera will stop recording after 10s. Once there is any motion on the front dash camera, this function can detect this motion on dash cam and keep recording again.

 

 

 

Q: How can my car dvr camera record at night?

 A: When you receive your dvr camera, please check first if your car dvr camera has night vision IR light or LED fill light, please turn it on in this light, you can better night vision recording. If you can turn on the car light to record it will be better.

 

If your dash cam dose doesn't have any IR or LED fill light, you have to turn on the car light when recording at night, unless the car dvr can't record well at night.

 

 

 

Q: Why does my dash camera squeak or have any other sound problem?

 

 

A: Normally if your car dvr camera have squeak sound it should be internal electric current not suitable, check if use USB cable to connect computer or some home charger adapter do charge this dash camera, it is not ok, because this car dvr camera only can be charged by car charger, USB cable cannot transfer enough electric current. Please use the original car charger inside your vehicle to charge.

A: Check if your dash camera menu settings are open in the parking monitor and these 2 functions are already G sensor. Normally if the parking monitor is car dvr, in this mode state, it will go into parking monitor mode, when the car dash cam detects any touch or shaking automatically, then it will turn off automatically if there is no touch. So it will always be on and off.

 This function of G-sensor will also be unlocked to avoid this status video file after no overwrite as it can keep parking evidence. Please turn off these 2 functions in dash camera menu settings and try again.
