Product Description:
※ Model: GS / GR polyurethane plum pad
※ Material: Polyurethane
※ Elastomer hardness: 98SHA
※ Working temperature: -40 ℃ ~ 100 ℃
※ Instantaneous temperature: 120 ℃
※ Features:
※ Polyurethane elastomer is a new type of polymer synthetic material between rubber and plastic. It has both high strength of plastic and high elasticity of rubber. Its characteristics are:
※ 1. Wide hardness range. It still has the elongation and resilience of rubber under high hardness. The hardness range of polyurethane elastomers is Shore A10-D80.
※ 2. High intensity. They have much higher breaking strength and load carrying capacity than rubber in general. Under high hardness, its impact strength and bending strength are much higher than plastic.
※ 3. Wear-resistant. Its abrasion resistance is very outstanding, generally in the range of 0.01-0.10 (cm3) /1.61km, about 3-5 times that of rubber.
※ 4, oil resistance. Polyurethane elastomer is a kind of strong polar polymer compound, which has little affinity with non-polar mineral oil, and it is hardly corroded in fuel oil and mechanical oil.
※ 5. Good oxygen and ozone resistance.
※ 6, excellent vibration absorption performance, can be used for damping and buffering. In the mold manufacturing industry, it replaces rubber and spring.
※ 7. Has good low temperature performance.
※ 8. Radiation resistance. Polyurethane has good resistance to high-energy rays, and still has satisfactory performance at 10-10 Ge radiation dose.
※ 9, has good machining performance. (Turning, milling, grinding, drilling can be)
Package Include:
2 x Damping Rubber Mat(Does not include other display items)
